YULE COMICS GO DIGITAL! CHRISTMAS EVE NOW AVAILABLE
FOR I-PAD FROM CLOUD 9 COMIX  CHRISTMAS EVE, The First Lady Of Yuletide Cheer
is
now the First Lady of Digital Comics. In January of 2011, Cool Yule
president and creator, George Broderick, Jr. went into partnership with
Cloud 9 Comix to
bring all his Cool Yule, creator-owned comics into the
twenty-first century by making them available for digital download to
I-pad, I-phone, Kindle and Droid platforms for a meager 99 cents a
download. The required app is FREE
from Cloud 9."Such a deal!" enthused Broderick, Jr. "It's like having Christmas at your fingertips 365, 24/7." The first Cool Yule Comic currently available through Cloud 9 is the premiere volume of Christmas Eve, The First Lady Of Yuletide Cheer, originally published in hard form in the winter of 2006. "Eve is my flagship character," explained Broderick, Jr. "it's only fitting that her origin adventure should be the first Cool Yule comic to be made available throug Cloud 9... but, not to worry, Winter Carnival, Spring Fling, Holly Jolly Christmas Comics and Dill Gherkin will be following Eve onto your I-pad later on in 2011. It's all VERY exciting!"  Cloud 9 Comix is a digital comic book publishing arm of
Spectrum Pacific Publishing which was founded by Benjamin Slabak in
1996, in Sydney, Australia. Having produced and published over 30
computer games, Spectrum Pacific Publishing moved towards print
publishing in 2009 and digital publishing in 2010, with Cloud 9 Comix. |

YULE COMICS NOW AVAILABLE AS 99 CENT E-BOOKS Five of George's perennial Christmas
books are now available in the
"e-book" format on myebook.
"I've been trying for several years to make Christmas Eve available for fans outside the US and Canada," remarked Broderick, Jr., "but the exorbatantly high overseas postal rates always seemed to stand in my way. Sometimes, the postage was twice or three times that of the book itself! Now, in e-book form, all my overseas fans need to enjoy some holiday goodness is a monitor screen, a willingness to read 'outside the box' and a buck." George's hope is, by making his premiere holiday comics available to a wider audience, it will prompt them to seek out and buy his other Cool Yule Comics products for traditional offline reading goodness. |

Kid's music giants, The Hipwaders, have released a fresh yuletide CD, A KINDIE CHRISTMAS, and they pegged George and his Cool Yule cast of colorful characters to provide the visual "oomph" to their harmonious Southern California sounds.
